Ronni is a lawyer sitting as a neutral arbitrator, mediator, and workplace investigator (mainly in labour and employment matters) and practices in the area of professional discipline. Previously, Ronni represented federally and provincially regulated unions and has comprehensive expertise in The Saskatchewan Employment Act, The Canada Labour Code and Regulations, The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, and The Canadian Human Rights Act. Ronni provides non-legal services to clients through DCSM as a trained workplace harassment investigator and integrates trauma-informed practice into investigative and resolution work.
Ronni holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Laws (Labour and Employment) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
