Tammy brings over 35 years of public sector leadership to DCSM clients. An experienced manager with a proven record in policy, program design, and governance, Tammy founded Prairie Nordic Consulting in 2020 after a lengthy career with the Government of Saskatchewan, where she led major initiatives in post-secondary education, skills training, and student financial assistance.

Her work focuses on governance solutions, project management, program design, policy development, implementation planning, and executive advisory support. Tammy is also a trained workplace harassment investigator. She holds a Master of Business Administration (International Designation) from the University of Regina and is a Professional Director (Pro.Dir).
