Coaching

Our coaching focuses on identifying changes necessary to foster respectful and effective working relationships. Clients develop new approaches to their workplace challenges and new ways to work with coworkers and colleagues in order to increase their job satisfaction and performance. Combined with descriptions and demonstrations, written and video resources, self-assessment data (DiSC model), self-awareness exercises and organizational feedback, our coaching provides clients with a confidential and supportive environment to reflect, learn and practise new skills and competencies.
 

Our coaching clients have included employees, executives, managers, supervisors, directors, tradespeople, physicians, nurses, professors, police officers, engineers and IT professionals. Through our coaching relationship, clients come to understand their role in:

 

  • Creating a respectful workplace – what strengths do I have to offer, what behaviours do I need to change and how?

  • Working as part of a team – what is my work style (my preferences, priorities and behavioural tendencies) and how does it impact others?

​

  • Resolving conflict – how have I contributed to conflict and what can I do to end or prevent it?
